Alex,
I recently installed prex on my MacBook pro (10.6.4) from the latest svn distribution. It worked fine. I wonder what the differences are between our setups.
I compiled prex with gfortran (from fink) and gcc version 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5664).
I have the SDK X11 stuff that Stefan mentioned earlier; this I got from the latest Xcode.
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/usr/X11
/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/X11R6
My X11 is XQuartz 2.5.3 from
http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/wiki
Is there something else I should check on my machine that might help?
