Hi,

I am trying to implement a LES model which requires a term like c . Sij* to
be added to the existing unfiltered viscous term. I am computing Sij* by
filtering the velocity and calling comp_gije() twice. This is then included
in the forcing function. This seems to work for few steps but the solution
starts to blow up afterwards. I am wondering if this would be due to
stability issues since the laplacian here is not calculated by any of the
splitting methods. I would like to know if it would be possible to add this
term to the Navier Stokes formulation that is solved each step. Any other
ideas/ thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.

Regards
Shriram
