[Nek5000-users] cylindrical mesh & cyl_box

Hi Frank,

I tried to resurrect this capability a couple weeks back but
somehow couldn't make it go... I need to unravel it.  It is
designed to do the obvious but obviously hasn't been supported
for awhile.

Hopefully I can get back to it in the near future.
