[Nek5000-users] Detected non-right-handed element..

Hi,

I was having trouble with "non-right-handed element" warning for a BFS
case. Then I tried running the example case "fs_2" with repo. version 491
and got the same error as given below. This works just fine with repo.
verison 486. The code is compiled with GNU compiler.
