[Nek5000-users] SETDTC message

Hello all,

I am coming across the following message "Problem calculating new DT
Discriminant" in subroutine "SETDTC" where a new timestep based on the
CFL condition is computed.  Aside from what the message means, how can
one turn off variable time stepping (which I assume is occurring since
this subroutine is being called).
