[Nek5000-users] accurate restart for new file format

Hi Johan,

I'm not certain of the current status, but it should be reparable.
What torder are you using ? 2 or 3 ?

Do you have 3 or 4 successive fields in a row ?

It's been a long time since I've used this feature in nek, so
it will take me a bit of time to get up to speed with it.
