[mpich2-dev] Patch for mpich2/hydra downstream distributors

Folks,

If you are an mpich2 downstream distributor, and are using Hydra from 
1.4.1p1, you might want to consider applying this critical patch.

Without this, we were failing to clean up applications that call 
MPI_ABORT correctly in some cases, causing applications to run forever 
(or till their allocation runs out) even if a process terminated by 
calling MPI_ABORT.

mpich2-1.5.x will have this patch.  We haven't yet decided if we want to 
release a new patch release in the 1.4.x series for this.
