[mpich2-dev] license issue

Dear all,

We would like to release some code based on MPICH2. We would like to use 
a BSD license for our software.

I noticed that the MPICH2 license does not correspond to a BSD license. 
I saw in previous discussions that this license is close to the 
simplified BSD license.

I would just like to be sure that there is no problem with using the BSD 
license for software based on MPICH2.
