No, I'm definitely not calling mpiexec. I'm still getting the failure,
now with the simple, pure C code here:
http://code.google.com/p/mpi4py/source/browse/#svn/trunk/demo/spawning.
Let me svn update, rebuild and test, perhaps something got fixed
between my test and yours.
