[mpich2-dev] missing symbols in Windows lib

 Hi,
  The MPI_Type_create_f90* funcs were not supported in the prev (before
1.1rc1) releases of MPICH2 on windows.

Sorry for the noise. I was not aware that 1.1rc1 binary installer was
available :-) ... All is working now...
