[mpich2-dev] missing symbols in Windows lib

On Windows, the linker complais about
MPI_Type_create_f90_{integer|real|complex} being undefined.
Others MPICH2-based impls (DeinoMPI and MS MPI from HPC Cluster Pack
2008) exhibit the same issue.
Is this intentional or Am I missing something?
