[MPICH2-dev] MPICH2 error message

Hi There,
 
I have been scratching my head for the following error message when I
upgrade an old application built using VS6/MPICH2 to VS71/MPICH2. I
could not locate the said DLL anywhere. The project file is just an auto
upgrade from old VS6 project file.
