Hello, mpidi_ch3_pre.h is included into file mpidimpl.h, and so compiled with src files in ch3. if mpidi_ch3_pre.h includes a file that must be compiled with -DXXX, how can i avoid changing Makefile in ch3/src while keeping my mpidi_ch3_pre.h?
