Hi, 
Looks like SMPD is already running on your system (You are trying to start another instance of the process manager). 
Why are you starting SMPD manually? If MPICH2 is installed correctly you shouldn't have to start smpd manually.

I installed mpich2, by administrator command prompt. When I execute smpd -d appears the following error:
