[mpich-discuss] setting manually eager to rendezvous

The envvars you should look at are:

MPICH_SHM_EAGER_MAX_SZ
MPICH_SHM_READY_EAGER_MAX_SZ

I don't quite know why you need to change these.  The defaults should
be chosen wisely.
