[mpich-discuss] Support for MIC in mpich2-1.5

I've searched the website, the documentation, and the mailing list but I
cannot find any explanation of how to build mpich2-1.5 to support the Intel
MIC.  Could somebody explain to me the correct way to build it?  I see the
following configure execution in the fcrosscompile, but it doesn't work for
me:  ./configure CC="icc -mmic" F77="ifort -mmic" FC="ifort -mmic"
