MPI_Attr_get "is deprecated and is supersded by MPI_COMM_GET_ATTRin
MPI-2.0," according to the MPI 2.2 standard page 463. Hence, Jed's
question should be requeued with s/MPI_Attr_get/MPI_Comm_get_attr/g".
