[mpich-discuss] mpirun error

Hi,

I tried executing mpirun command like
mpirun -n 2 -f PATH_to_mpd.hosts ; which gave me an error like:

"mpirun: error while loading shared libraries: libmpl.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"

mpirun path is /usr/local/bin/mpirun.

Where am I going wrong? Please let me know. Thank you.
