Hi,
 Why do you want to run SMPD in debug mode? Are you debugging SMPD?
 Meanwhile, the error message seems to suggest that you already have SMPD running on your machine (that is already listening on the SMPD listen port).

Hello, 
I have installed MPICH (mpich2-1.4.1p1-win-x86-64) on windows 7 64-bit, 
and when i try "smpd -d" in commend line mode,there are some error message : 
*Error binding socket to given a port 
*Error creating listen sock 
*SMPU_Sock_listen failed 
so if you have any solution, please help me
