[mpich-discuss] Hydra crashing with cpu:cache binding

Segmentation fault

 

This is machine info:

Processor name                          : Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm)
Processor 8360 SE

Speed (MHz)                             : 2511.576

Cache size per processor                : 512 KB

Number of processors                    : 4

Number of cores per processor           : 4

 

 

In fact, giving any unknown binding type also makes it crash:

 

mpiexec -binding cpu:xyz a.out

Segmentation fault
