[mpich-discuss] MPI_Comm_spawn(), dynamic distribution and hydra

In MPICH terminology, we call PBS, SLURM, etc., resource managers and
Hydra, MPD, remshell, gforker, etc., process managers -- in this
terminology, dynamic process management is only handled by process
managers; resource managers have nothing to do with it. All process
managers in MPICH2, except remshell support dynamic processes.
