[mpich-discuss] Jumpshot and mpich2-1.3.3rc1

I am moving closer to migrating from mpich2-1.0.6 to mpich2-1.3.3rc1.

 

This problem is related to using Jumpshot.

I built mpich2 with --enable-mpe. I ran application and generated
Unknown.clog2 file.

 

When I try to run Jumpshot, I get this error:

 

jumpshot Unknown.slog2

>From the error message, it seems that issues has to do with either java
runtime or build environment.

 

In past, I had built mpich2-1.0.6 with -with-java= option, and setting
JRE env would make Jumpshot run fine. I don't see -with-java option with
mpich2-1.3.3rc1.
