 Are you having different versions of MPICH2 on the different nodes ? Are you trying to configure the localhost or a remote host (If so, does the remote node/host have a 64-bit version of MPICH2 - assuming the localhost is 64-bit)?

We have been successfully using MPICH2 (32-bit) for several years. 



Recently, we have decided to try a 64-bit version of MPICH2. Different 64-bit versions work fine except one thing: wmpiconfig states that MPICH2 not installed or unable to query the host (even locally). 



What could be wrong (how can I fix this bug)?
