After looking over your logs, the best guess we have is a firewall issue 
on opt10 (but not opt09). Can you try to disable this? If not, can you 
try running some simple TCP/IP sockets server program on opt10, and get 
opt09 to connect to it (on some high-number port). You should be able to 
google for some simple example client-server programs with sockets.
