[mpich-discuss] How to build libfmpich libraries

If you have to use mpich-1, use the last version which should be
1.2.7p1.  It should build libfmpich.a if Fortran binding can be
configured.  With newer fortran compiler, like gfortran, you may
have trouble to get any mpich-1 to build the Fortran binding.
Since we don't support/develop mpich-1 anymore, you should consider
migrating to mpich2 in any case.
