[mpich-discuss] MPI_File_open failed on NFS

If that can fix the problem, it will be great. I tried the new 1.0.8
version on a smaller cluster with 8 CPUs and a local file server. I
didn't experience this problem when I launched 100 processes (write 8
files). The production cluster has different configuration, e.g. remote
file server, etc. I will request an MPICH2 upgrade for the production
cluster.
