I have download the latest version of MPICH2 "mpich2-1.0.8-win-ia32.msi", 
and the problem is solved. So there was a bug in the version of
"mpich2-1.0.1-1-win32-ia32".

I'm sorry to bother you, but I can't get help from others.
I have a problem using MPICH with COMPAQ FORTRAN:
First, I created a quickwin project ;
Second, I created a file which name is qwmpi.f, and I wrote following
sentences:
           program qwmpi
           include "mpif.h"
           call mpi_init(ierr)
           call mpi_finalize(ierr)
           end program
the compiling and linking were both OK, but when I run this program, there
was
a problem of a error window jumped.
Could you tell me the reason.
