[mpich-discuss] running job using ipoib through mpirun_rsh

Using mpirun_rsh for IPoIB interface is not supported currently. The
TCP/IP interface supported in MVAPICH2 package is the same as MPICH2.
Thus, you need to use the job launching mechanism, as supported by MPICH2,
for running applications using IPoIB interface.  You can use mpirun_rsh
for all other interfaces (Gen2-IB, iWARP, PSM, RDMAoE, etc.).
