[mpich-discuss] Cannot build mpich2-1.0.8p1 (nemesis) with PGI8.0-4 on Linux x86_64

Gus,
    ssm uses shared memory within a node and TCP across nodes. You can use
it with the PGI compilers until we get the Nemesis build to work with PGI
compilers.
