[mpich-discuss] mpich2 1.0.8 on windows - domain required?

I didn't try linux, but I'm sure it is easy.  Mac osx is bsd basically, and
on a couple macs I got the source, did the configure/make/make install
standard procedure which they document well in the install guide and it all
worked without problem.
