[mpich-discuss] install mpich2 on a single pc with 2 cpus

If you are using only one machine, I would recommend using the Nemesis
device and the gforker process manager. Configure with the arguments
--with-device=ch3:nemesis --with-pm=gforker. Then you won't need to do any
of the mpdboot steps described in the README.
