Hi Everyone:

Finally the problem is resolved by adding a registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{NIC-id}\TcpAckFrequency

Set TcpAckFrequency to 1 resolves the problem.
