[MPICH] Mpi runs with only one process besides set np > 1

Hi all,

Mpi was running Ok here yesterday, however suddenly mpi started to work
erroneously.

When i set mpirun -np or -n 3 program for example, mpi run only one process,
including showing mpi_comm_size with value 1.

Do you know what is happening?

I am using lam/mpi
