[MPICH] MPI_File_read_all

Hi all,

Is it an advantage use MPI_File_read_all instead of MPI_File_read? Because
in my tests here, the collective version have been slower than non colective
version, around 50%.

I think it is due to i run programs in one computer only, with local
processes only, is it right?
