[MPICH] configuting mpich2-1.0.5p2 problems to be used with Totalview 8.0.2-0 later

Thank you very much for your reply.

Please find the requested files attached, and the Linux flavour I am working
on is FC5
 2.6.18-1.2239.fc5 #1 Fri Nov 10 13:04:06 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

and the gcc version is:
gcc (GCC) 4.1.1 20060525 (Red Hat 4.1.1-1)
