[MPICH] manpages for mpich2-1.0.5

Hello,

Does mpich2 actually come with manpages? My config.log has

mandir='${prefix}/man'

And "./configure --help" says that this is default. however ${prefix}/man
looks pretty unpopulated...

$ cd ${prefix}/man
$ find
.
./man3
./man1

for the www-dir it looks similar (i dont know if this is related...). see:
$ cd ${prefix}/www
$ find
.
./index.htm
./www3
./www3/index.htm
./www1
./www1/index.htm

The index.htm says

Web pages for MPI and MPE MPI Commands  MPI Routines
so i guess that there is some error in my system...
Q: How do i get manpages and html-documentation?
