[MPICH] New release of MPICH2

Dear all,
         A new version of MPICH2, 1.0.4, has been released. You can download
it from http://www.mcs.anl.gov/mpi/mpich2. We recommend you upgrade to this
version if you are running an older version of MPICH2 or MPICH-1. New
features in this release include:  

- Better support for thread safety in the ch3:sock channel 
- A new low-latency channel called Nemesis 
- Preliminary support for providing message queues to debuggers 
- Numerous bug fixes and code cleanup 
- Many new tests in the test suite 

Details are in the CHANGES file in the distribution. 

This new release is primarily for Unix platforms. MPICH2 for Windows is
still at 1.0.3.
