[MPICH] running mpich in 1 computer only

Hi there

Seems he is running mpich1.2.7 not mpich2, so no mpd there.
I think you would be better of if you could run mpich2 :)

have you configured ssh/rsh without password ?

The other binaries run perfectly using -np 4 or just -np 1?

But i think its your network (rsh/network config) problem.
