[MPICH] Running MPICH2 applications on Win64

If you download the source distribution of MPICH2 there is a solution file
in the examples directory with several example projects in it including the
cpi example.

The dsp file posted earlier for the cpi project looks like something for
Visual Studio v6, not Visual Studio .NET 2003, the current standard for
MPICH2. How do we get access to the current project file for cpi? An example
like that would benefit newcomers to MPICH and to those of us trying to port
code from Linux to Windows.
