[MPICH] errors occurred when running cpi on macintosh

Hi,

When I ran cpi with smpd on a macintosh machine (Darwin Kernel Version 
8.2.0), error messages shown below occurred.

MPIDU_Sock_wait failed,
sock error: generic socket failure, error stack:
MPIDU_Sock_wait(269): sock contains an invalid file descriptor 
(set=1,sock=16777217,fd=0:0)
state machine failed.

The firewall had been turned when I ran cpi.
How should I fix it?
