[MPICH] Question about MPICH on a single machine

  I am running MPI on a single machine only
   
  I am running mpich on Mandrake 10.0 and I was able to use mpirun correctly by running sample mpi binaries compiled from a different machine.
   
  I was having trouble running a program if I compiled the binary from my MPICH installation.
   
  It displays an error when I use mpirun on programs compiled on my machine.
   
      p0_2837:  p4_error: Path to program is invalid while starting /home/marcglennjamon/mgj/oddevengwapo with rsh on localhost: -1
      p4_error: latest msg from perror: No such file or directory
  p0_2837: (6.007439) net_send: could not write to fd=4, errno = 32
  p0_2837: (6.007736) net_send: could not write to fd=4, errno = 32
   
  What seems to be the problem???
