[MPICH] Setting RSH to be used by mpdboot by default

Hi there everyone!

I'm trying to figure out how to set mpdboot to use rsh instead of ssh by 
default.  Yes, I know, it's a security concern, but my bosses prefer that 
we use rsh instead of ssh...

The way I'm doing it now is by using:
mpdboot --rsh=rsh -n 5

Any ideas?
