[MPICH] RE: MPICH2 and Totalview

Yes, you can use Totalview with MPICH2. A new release of MPICH2 (1.0.2)
should be out by tomorrow that will make it easier to use Totalview than
with the current release. The Users guide will have information on how to
use Totalview (and gdb).
