[MPICH] [MPICH2]About Collective Communications and One-Sided communication

Hi, All,

These Collective communication functions such as MPI_AllGather, MPI_AllGatherV also are in the category of One-Sided communication? What is the different? Which is more efficient? I feel they all are the direct memory operation, right?
