[MPICH] mpich2 and shared memory[Scanned]

Hi all,

I am attempting to confie and install mpich2 with shared memory support. 
I have done this many times with mpich 1 by first compiling 
--with-device=ch_shmem and then compile with --with-device-ch_p4 
--with-com=shared. but I have seen in the configure options that these 
are not available, the documentation is clear in compiling seperatly as 
shared or sock, but not in compination of both.

So, how would we go ahea with compiling mpich2 in this manner,
