[MOAB-dev] MOAB v5.3.0 is now available

Dear MOAB users,
A major update to the MOAB library is now available. The tarball can be downloaded from [1]. If you are working with release branches in Bitbucket, please use the newly created "5.3.0" tag.
Some significant changes in this new release are given below. Detailed release notes for v5.3.0 can be found here [2].
* MOAB now requires a minimum of C++11 standard to be supported by the C++ compiler
* CONTRIBUTING.md: Documentation and guidelines for new users contributing to MOAB
* Verified installation workflows for MOAB using spack, and conda for new users
* Docker image of MOAB pre-installed using spack for all TPL dependencies is now available;
Additionally, there is also a specialized container for MOAB+TempestRemap to support climate remapping workflows
* A new gnomonic projection option for partitioning is available using an inferred strategy with Zoltan RCB algorithm for meshes on a sphere
* Several configuration fixes/updates to support builds on Linux, OSX and Windows
