[MOAB-dev] Problems building Dynamic Linked Library

Hello.  I'm working on trying to compile MOAB on 64-bit Windows 10 using Visual Studio 2015, specifically a dynamic library.  I've been working on this for some time, but have run into several problems, mostly revolving around exporting symbols, some of which I have been able to solve.  If anyone has experience with this with whom I could speak, it would be much appreciated.
