[MOAB-dev] Load Multiple Geometries into MOAB Instance

Mesh based geometry files. Specifically, I produced several cubes, loaded
the h5m files (each containing one cube) into the same MOAB instance and
wrote out a single file. All global ids (for volumes and surfaces) in the
file I wrote out were equal to 1.
I want to load two mesh geometries that each have multiple volumes into the
same instance. I'm trying to find a way to rename the global ids so each
volume has a unique id.
