[MOAB-dev] MOAB v4.9.0 release (SIGMA v1.2)

Dear users,

The consolidated release of SIGMA v1.2 is available now that contains the MOAB 4.9.0 release candidate. The release tarball can be downloaded at: ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/fathom/moab-4.9.0.tar.gz.

The notable changes in MOAB v4.9.0 are:

* Optimized AHF data structure implementation to enable good scalability of adjacency queries and parallel uniform mesh refinement
* Merged Lasso sources to MOAB to expose geometry-mesh relational queries; The iRel interfaces can be enabled by specifying --with-irel during configuration
* Debian builds are available for MOAB out-of-the-box now; Check the link for updates:
  https://launchpad.net/~nschloe/+archive/ubuntu/moab-nightly/+packages (Major)
* Updated support to load geometry representations with CGM 15.0 + Cubit 14.9/15.0
