[MOAB-dev] Moab with Visual Studio

Steve, most of our developers do not build on Windows and hence don't use
visual studio. I'm ccing a colleague from Kitware who has been helping us
to gradually add Windows support to MOAB.

Bob, thoughts or suggestions?
